Are Jeaux candles hand-poured?
Yes. Every Jeaux candle is hand-poured in small batches. Artisanal-made in South Africa with care and intention, ensuring a beautifully even burn and a thoughtfully crafted finish. Subtle variations may occur, while quality is still ensured.
What ingredients are used in Jeaux candles?

Are Jeaux candles safe to use on skin?
Our candles are formulated with skin-loving ingredients. Once the wax has cooled slightly, it may be poured onto skin and gently massaged. We recommend doing a patch test before first use. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. Do not use on sensitive areas or broken skin.
How do I get the best burn from my candle?
On the first light, be sure to let the massage candle burn until the wax meets the edges. This helps create the candle memory and prevents your candle from tunnelling.

When done using the candle, keep it level until it cools.
All our products are made with natural ingredients, so they breathe the air around them. Keep away from sunlight and other strong fragrances, as this can change the scent of the candle.

With daily, intentional use, our 200g candles typically last around 3–4 weeks. Burn time may vary depending on usage and care.

Get the Most Out of Your Jeaux
Jeaux lotion candles are designed for ease of use and relaxation. Simply light, pause, and nourish.

Allow the melt pool to reach the edges. Extinguish the flame and wait for the wax to only slightly cool so that it is still warm, but liquid

Take Care of Your Jeaux, So It Can Take Care of You
On the first light, be sure to let the candle burn until the wax meets the edges—this usually takes around 2 hours. This helps create the candle memory and prevents your candle from tunneling. Trim the wick to 2-5 cm after each use to ensure an even melt pool.
